Overload of ditsy cuteness. If you similar that sort of thing go ahead. The lack of true adversity is so little, I might too be reading a toddlers bedtime story. Not recommended.

This is a series I keep going back to, and in fact has become a standard by which I measure out other isekai/otome isekai against. The pacing is excellent, the characterization of everyone is amusing, and the motivations underlying the plot are comprehensible (inside the logic of the fictional world).

This story is told from the betoken of Cecil, the prince and dearest interest to the heroine. He meets the female lead, Bertia, equally a child where she announces she is a villainess and promises to alive up to her assigned function for his sake. The prince begins as a cynical, cold immature prodigy but through their interactions and his growing fascination with her, he warms to people and builds a foundation of friends and companions. The fact you lot're able to encounter from his signal of view what he thinks of Bertia makes this graphic symbol growth realistic. He has a surprising corporeality of self-awareness (especially for a shoujo manga lead).

The support characters are done pretty well every bit each of them has personalities and interests. They're friends of the master characters and are reverent towards them, but also have their ain love interests. I wouldn't call them well-developed since the series is so short and you merely see a snippet, but it'due south enough to draw you in and hope for their happiness. However, ane criticism I do have is that all the female person faces wait very, very similar. You cease up relying on hair to tell people autonomously.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)

My favorite affair is that the plot that Bertia pushes them towards makes sense. She knows the alternate endings and outcomes if the prince loses. She recognizes and embraces that this reincarnated earth is her life, and there are consequences for choices. Her stubbornness ultimately pans out, every bit the fact she and non Heronia was the 1 to thaw the prince's heart made for a happier upshot for everyone. I might go every bit far as to say one of the themes is to be kind and do things for other people. A simple lesson to learn just hey, this is a shoujo manga.

Needless to say, I highly recommend this manga and conceptualize I'll be revisiting this in the time to come on many, many re-reads when I'm tired of waiting on releases for manhwa that take gone on for many times the length (lol). Honestly, that'south 1 of the best parts of this story--it ends.

I dear this so much uwu

chapter 27-29 got somewhat frustrating to read, but this is an otherwise adorable manga series!

Information technology's curt, cute, and funny. Bertia and her fiance are always making me express joy. If yous are a fan of these very specific niche otome game "medieval fantasy villainess reincarnation/transmigration royalty/nobility" stories, then this is a great one to add to your reading list.

The plot from kickoff to terminate is consummate and makes sense.

The nigh unique aspect of this story is that information technology is from the perspective of the prince (fiance), who is really adequately interesting and intelligent. It's refreshing to accept a character who is very observant and objective be the MC rather than the villainess or heroine.

Information technology reminds of, "Albert Ke no Reijou wa Botsuraku wo get Shomou desu", because both stories accept villainesses that go straight towards their destruction terminate with consummate happiness. Villainess Bertia is far stupider, but Villainess Mary is clearly more foolish. I'll exit it to you to decipher what I mean.

In this one the protag is besides kind and honest to be a villain, she tells her fiance (the prince and heroine's beloved interest) all almost everything she'due south learned from playing the game to his amusement, and her attempts to follow the story path cease up completely derailing information technology.

And then instead of a villainess she comes off as an energetic quirky girl who keeps maxim strange things and is completely unpredictable.

This is such a fun series, I was laughing more than I take in a long fourth dimension.

As stated by another reader, Bertia may announced impaired on the outside, only that'south considering we're looking at it from the male lead'southward point of view instead of the female person pb (Bertia). Reverse of where we would originally see from these types of novels. It's a nice alter and an interesting attribute seeing from the male lead's POV.

And later on in the story, when she converses in a conversation with the male lead, you come to realize Bertia isn't equally stupid equally information technology would seem (she is stupid in her common sense department, but non completely). Yes, she is naive and a bit irksome on perceiving other people'south feelings, merely that'southward because she already has a mindset that she will get the "downfall" ending. So she perceives everything every bit a "villainous fate" and doesn't call back things would go in a different form with the male lead's romance in the Otome Game. That's why Bertia closed off her feelings towards the "Prince", whom she has come to love, instead of embracing it.

I read a chip further than most people who read this manga, since I've already read about of the chapters in the original novel. This is a not bad book and reminds of a lot of reincarnation novels (Chinese and Japanese novels) I've read before. I would recommend this for the silliness and the fun antics of both the main leads of this manga/novel. Equally the maxim, "The Android Prince finally has a center". 🤣

The prince is similar a super S while the so called villain is besides cute and obviously a true fan of Otome game who would do anything and then your canon come true 🙂) I laughed my donkey off every unmarried folio. Totally recommend this manga and light novel 🙂))

The heroine is not as stupid as you might recall. She is reincarnated so everyone thinks she's stupid and making up stuff nigh the hereafter! She is slightly slow I'll admit but ambrosial.
Love the art and I retrieve the story is funny and beautiful.
